Burger Motorsports, Inc. reserves the right to terminate our relationship with affiliates who do not comply to the rules below.Â
1) Affiliates are not permitted to attempt to sell for less than BMS retail price or promise any special discount.
2) Commission will be paid via PayPal at the start of each month.
3) Affiliates who receive more than $600 in a calendar year will be required to provide their social security or EIN for a 1099 per tax requirements.
4) Affiliates may not post their link on jb4tech.com or BMS' social media pages. The point of this program is for you to go out and attract customers not already in our orbit! :)
5) Commission will be reversed for customer returns, charge backs, and fraudulent orders.
6) Affiliates are required to be familiar with and obey all federal, state, and/or local laws and regulations regarding the use of BMS products including not offering for sale or selling non-CARB approved performance parts in California.
7) Affiliates should be aware to a small degree they are representing BMS and are required to act professional at all times.
8)Â Links may not be posted on anywhere where materials contain explicit sex, violence, hate, discrimination, scams, investment schemes, or otherwise promote illegal activities.
9) Commission percentages and qualifying products can be changed at any time without notice.
